Tree felling service in Madrid

At H2ogarden we provide felling services for all types of trees throughout the Community of Madrid in a way professional and safe.

We take care of important details that a priori may not seem significant, but that clearly influence the final result of tree felling.

When should trees be felled

The main reasons why trees should be cut down are the following:

  • The tree is in poor condition, presenting cracks, splits in the trunk or simply looks dry
  • To avoid the risk of collapsing the poor phytosanitary status since the tree presents a significant decompensation, that is, it presents an inclination that exceeds 40 degrees
  • When the roots of the tree affect the infrastructure of the home or building and/or permanent flooding occurs at the base of the tree

"Climbing" method

In places where the platform cannot access to work on the parts higher up the tree, we resort to the “climbing” method.

This method consists of the feller ascending the tree using ropes and other tools approved exclusively for felling at height. This system is careful with both the tree and its environment since we do not use aggressive means that could damage its green wood. In addition, use rope protectors and other protective accessories to avoid marking the bark or damaging the tree.

Civil Liability Insurance

At H2ogarden we have civil liability insurance to cover any damage that we could cause in the provision of our services. Likewise, all personnel who carry out the felling and pruning of trees are insured according to current legislation in order to be protected against any accident, thus avoiding any type of liability to the client.

Safety in the felling trees

At H2O Garden we comply with all the necessary safety measures to carry out this type of work, in accordance with the provisions of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law.

The prevention and protection measures are developed by describing a set of actions prior to the start of the work (risk assessment, work plan and organizational and safety aspects), the climbing techniques with their phases and their practical application, the choice and certification of the resistance of the anchor points, the description of the equipment and work material and finally the preventive measures against other risks described.
